Veronicia was my service adviser. She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before i She was very helpful and was willing to work with me. My Pacifica had the Auto Start/Stop error light on; I was told it would be 2 to 4 days before it would be diagnosed. I needed the car the next day. Since it has been in twice before with the same error and the resolution being bad batteries - I requested that the batteries be changed, don't do the diagnostic and that I would take responsibility. She did inform me and made sure I was aware of the consequences of not having the diagnostic done and that if changing the batteries didn't fix the problem it would need to be diagnosed. Changing the batteries did clear the diagnostic light. She kept me informed during the process and was great to work with. I do like the videos with recommended service and shows what was done. More

This is now the 4th time I have brought in my car for the same issue and 2k later I am still having the problem and the car would not even start the next day after pick up.
