The service advisors communicate well via text, and each time I've been in they've kept me informed throughout the process, from the initial repair order, to additional recommendations, to the ready-for-pickup text. They even squeezed me in on short notice when I had a potential issue right before I was scheduled to go on a long road trip. I've used them for major service on my 2007 Jeep and routine service on my 2018 Ram, and I haven't been disappointed yet. And I specifically want to commend them for acknowledging that they had a poor communication/customer service problem in the past and for taking steps to fix that problem (the video inspection, text communications, etc.).
