I made an appointment for 2 or 3 recalls to be fixed and an oil change. Didn't have the parts for the recall that was planned but one of the others did. Now I have to go back at a later date.. 1. Appointment booking for service was 2 full months out. 2. After appointment date, initial diagnostics was 4-5 days in lot while in queue to take the first look. 3. Repair was initially told to be out. 2. After appointment date, initial diagnostics was 4-5 days in lot while in queue to take the first look. 3. Repair was initially told to be a month for parts but later story changed and sourced parts from another dealer. 4. Truck ready a week from drop off so it was 2 months and one week from initial call when problem resolution began. Not so good if I wasn't someone who owns 3 vehicles and didn't really need it right away as if it were my everyday driver and I depended on it like most customers. More

very unprofessional made us think we had a deal . added protection plan that was not ask for. we waited there over five hours we shook hands thinking the deal was done. at the end the service manger added protection plan that was not ask for. we waited there over five hours we shook hands thinking the deal was done. at the end the service manger said we could not take the vehicle. they wanted more money down.they ask for us to transfer our insurance to the new vehicle so we did .after all that we ended very anger because this was a game they were playing.never go there again don't recommend any one. More
