We purchased a NEW vehicle with a dented hood, and did not notice. When realizing that it was dented we immediately called the dealership, at first they made it difficult for us. When then found a screenshot with the dent ( a picture they posted). I know how did we not notice that our NEW vehicle didn’t have a dent! But why would we inspect a NEW vehicle. (Lesson learned) it took over 2 weeks for them to approve the fix, we took it to our local dealership to get the dent out and notice that it had scratches. We again contacted the dealership, and decided to take it in. I will say it was a fast fix , however , when looking at the vehicle it was not fixed, in fact looked like they just patched it up. At this point I was tired of going back and forth and just drove off. All to say inspect your car, take a picture of it before driving off, and I hope it would avoid the headaches we experienced. More

Customer service was perfectly fine. Being notified about when my car would be ready would have been preferred, but I could tell they were backed up with other vehicles. The only negative was the potential cost I was given was different than what ended up being the case- which was a pure labor charge. I felt pressured into paying more for for an issue that was a simple software update. What I was charged for was 100% labor. I get the sense that is the management goal of this dealership- always aim to make a little more off each customer. Again, decently friendly service, but had I known I was going to be paying out almost about 250$ at the end of the day, I would have shopped around. More
