My experience with the service writer was excellent. Cindy was her name and she was very attentive and communicated well. Five stars for her. Many people could not wait a month to repair something that was a manufacturer defect. The woman that made the appointment on the phone, not Cindy, was very matter of fact about it and basically said this is the appointment, take it or leave it. This is not what I expected for them to repair something as serious as a faulty gas pedal. More
