While I didn’t get a rock bottom price mostly due to the debatable value of my trade, there were incentives and enough price movement that I feel we landed on a really fair price in a relatively short time. Mark in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. I’m super happy with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and think it’s a great vehicle for the price. Also, I should note that Pedro went above and beyond even AFTER the sale. I called him with an issue I had (unfamiliarity with manual mode) while driving home in a storm and he was friendly, helpful and efficient explaining how the feature worked. The only issue for me was a long wait to do the paperwork after reaching a deal, but Pedro was up front about the anticipated wait in case I wanted to leave awhile and it appeared to be busy that day (possibly due to advertised incentives).
