Purchased a car last year with Taf and my overall experience was great. Just did my first service check and I accidentally arrived a week early and was still able to be seen. Brought a 2021 jeep 4XE from this dealer. Go in for some recalls and an issue with the car not switching to electric mode. I have an appointment. I go in and they say they will have to hold Go in for some recalls and an issue with the car not switching to electric mode. I have an appointment. I go in and they say they will have to hold the car for 3-5 days just to LOOK at it. I say “ok cool just set me up with a rental.” Girl pretty much laughs at me and says they will not provide a rental I will have to deal with Chrysler. Talk to the manager saying this far is barely a year old and since it is still under warranty I should be given a rental and I need one to go to work. I even say just call me the day it can be seen and I could drop it off. Manager says to kick rocks. So I call corporate and they are confused first because of how long it will take to even look at it and how unhelpful they were being about the situation. Corporate calls the dealer and are told the same thing…. Corporate says I can leave it there and corporate will pay for it. So I go back to the dealer and try to speak with the rep and was completely ignored while trying to drop off my car. Finally I go the another rep Jordan who finds the recalls and says that they will give me a rental for the recalls. This dealer treated me like complete crap and did not even apologize for the treatment. Never again will I buy from this dealer More
