I can't tell you how hesitant I was to go to AutoNation Jeep for routine service after having horrendous experiences with AutoNation Honda. From beginning to end, Cindy and Jordan rocked my service appointment by providing a "real life" ETA, legitimate upsells, proper communication, and maintaining a results-oriented demeanor. I was so impressed. I don't want to go anywhere else for routine service -- LIGHTYEARS above the Sales side of the building! Jordan B. (a Service Advisor!!) even went so far as to notice my aftermarket light bar wasn't working and replaced the relay himself. This was because Jordan had the experience and knowledge to make a PROPER recommendation... something you DO NOT SEE ANY MORE!!! Amazing appointment... so glad to be back at Jeep! More

Service center released my car without test driving it. When I left the dealership (with my sales my sales rep) the car pulled us to the right and into the next lane.
