After a over 2 hour wait for an oil change, I just wanted to leave and I made the mistake of not reading the service that I paid for. That's when I noticed that they snuck in the the unauthorized service charge. I immediately let them know about the overcharge and the service rep argued with me several times saying that I agreed to it. I was very surprised and disappointed that a large nation wide dealership would pull such a scam. More
