I will NEVER take my car to this location again. My 1yo Jeep was towed there after it broke down. They had my car 5weeks before they could even diagnose the car. During that time they would not give My 1yo Jeep was towed there after it broke down. They had my car 5weeks before they could even diagnose the car. During that time they would not give me a rental car since they couldn’t confirm who’s fault it was. Once diagnosed it took them another 7 weeks to fix my car. 12 weeks of having my car and I only received 3 calls from the service dept. After many attempts I finally got Jeep Corporate to approve a rental car but had to pay out of pocket until car was fixed. I called AutoNations corporate office and left emails and messages, have yet to hear back from them. Still out thousands of dollars and still waiting for reimbursement and promised compensation. Funny my car was miraculously fixed after we contacted a lemon law attorney. It was returned dirty, with almost 60 miles on it, gas tank empty and scratches on it. Never trust this place with your car!! More

I checked in with my service writer a few minutes after my appointment time. I waited for about two hours in the lobby which was furnished with snacks and an instant coffee machine.
