I use to bring my 2014 Chrysler T&C to Valencia AutoNation CDJR since we purchased the vehicle, but shortly after were VERY dissatisfied, so we decided to go to another dealership, but that only lasted a few years. We decided to come back to Valencia and it was the BEST decision. I'm glad, because I really didn't know where else to go. I hope it stays that way!!! More

I took my 2019 jeep unlimited to the dealer for an oil change,tire rotatation and to have the start/stop checked as it wasn't working. I came in contact with 2 service advisers and 1 tech.All of them were change,tire rotatation and to have the start/stop checked as it wasn't working. The adviser called me that afternoon to say both batteries were bad and would be replaced but I was asked to leave it overnight as they didn't have all the parts. I said yes. When called the next day to say it was ready I went to pick it up. When I got in the jeep and drove away I noticed that the steering wheel was about 5 inches off center. Then as I drove it was all over the road so I turned around and went back. The adviser took it back to a tech and when he brought it back he shook a bar,drag link,and said it was loose. I couldn't figure out how all this could happen parked overnight at a dealership. I sure couldn't have driven it in like that. They tightened it and I took it to a shop to had it fixed. Bad experience for me. More

Even with an appointment they took more 24 to even look at my car and then I asked if I were to bring back it would 5 days with no loaner or rental car.
