Second service visit and still terrible. 3 hours for an oil change. They were supposed to perform a simple recall (change seat bolts) but despite having booked the appointment over a month i 3 hours for an oil change. They were supposed to perform a simple recall (change seat bolts) but despite having booked the appointment over a month in advance, they had to order parts. So now I get to waste another 3-4 hours. They never even bothered to let me know it was done. I had to call them. Also needed my tire size programmed. They want $200 to connect the computer. They perform the same task when I show up to download my vehicle info. They intentionally lock users out of the system so they can extort $200 from them for a simple task like changing the tire size. On the "upside" if I were willing to pay 3-4x retail price and buy my tires from the dealer, they'd do this update for free. I wonder why people hate going to the dealer for service? More

Pedro our salesperson was very personable and did a great job of delivering a 2022 Ram 1500 eco diesel to us. The process was drawn out and we almost walked away from the sale not because of Pedro but due to a glitch in financing. It literally took hours to complete the transaction. We were using our credit union for financing and had been pre approved. The finance manager stated that they deal with our credit union all the time so to expedite our purchase he could take care of it. Not clear what happened next but it took forever. Communication channels seemed to have broken down. The finance manager did offer us a higher rate than our credit union to get the deal done but we insisted on pursuing our credit union and said we could call them. Well you would of thought Moses had parted the Red Sea , all of a sudden our credit union got in touch with the finance manager and papers were being signed and shuffled like a card dealer in Vegas. Would I buy another vehicle from this dealership? Yes!!!! Would I use the same salesman ?Most definitely.!!!!!! Would I come more prepared ?Yes most certainly!!!!!! I would bypass their finance department and BYOF, from your bank or credit union. P. S. Tony the head honcho that approved our deal treated us like family. More
