I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and found out my lug nuts needed to be replaced. The lugs weren't cheap and it was totally unexpected but I gave the dealership the benefit of the d and found out my lug nuts needed to be replaced. The lugs weren't cheap and it was totally unexpected but I gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt and told them to go ahead. 1 week later my vehicle was ready. It took longer than I thought because the aftermarket wheel spacers on my vehicle had a different thread pattern so it was partly my fault. They had to special order a set and also worked with me on the price and went through all the leg work to get the correct lugs. Ariana was very communicative and let me know the status of my vehicle every step of the way. More
