The oil change and software update took just over three hours. Ok that was bad enough but once I got my Gladiator back I found oil on my leather seats and inside door panel, there was also oil on the floor hours. The service representative was fine and apologized for the oil and offered to clean it. I informed him this is a very expensive vehicle and the mechanic should have been more cognizant of his dirty hands. More

Great service! I was able to make a service appointment easily over the phone. The day of my appointment, Cindy checked me in and gave me an estimated time of when I was able to make a service appointment easily over the phone. The day of my appointment, Cindy checked me in and gave me an estimated time of when my car would be ready. About an hour later my service was done, my Jeep was washed, and was given my report. Overall great service, I would recommend this dealership. More
