Not helpful! Scheduled an appointment for other than routine service (normally takes 3 weeks) and come to find out you have to leave your car with them 2-7 days to be diagnosed. You’re on your own to figure out how you will be getting to work, pick children up from school and complete daily errands. They are more than helpful to sale you their brand, but when it comes to maintaining don’t count on it. My oil was changed so they say, how come my dashboard was not reset? Multi-point inspection is useless. The technician checked everything was “green” minus my worn rear wiper which I’m aware of. So… I can dish out cost to ensure routine maintenance remains current however they don’t uphold their end to ensure their vehicles keep their customer on the road. As a owner I even took an extra step and purchased their “extended max care” warranty hoping I would have piece of mind not the case. If you’ve taken the time to read please do your research and make sure you are certain this is the brand you want to be stuck with because you’ll find yourself between a rock and a hard place. More

Had an appointment for Wednesday morning, vehicle not serviced until 2 days later. Repeated calls and texts to service rep went unheeded or disregarded. I am a very long time customer, 20 years, so ! have seen many changes. Some to the good and some have remained the same. I will keep this short. This led your mechanical team to a certain part of the vehicle, but found nothing wrong and therefore I was called to pick up the car. I was told the shuttle would be by to pick me up. 3 hrs. later, no shuttle. I than received a call that they had found a problem in the original location, but no part .was available After waiting for 21/2 weeks, the car was finally ready. However I found that your team found the problem way back when the car was being driven up to be released to me after their first diagnoses, nothing was wrong. An error like that could have placed me in harms way if I had picked it up when I was told , nothing was wrong, its ready. We were lucky , but a business can not be run on luck. Agreed? More
