This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased from this dealership and the service we received from our sales associate, Jose Alvarez Hernandez, and the finance manger, Max Cooper, was exceptiona from this dealership and the service we received from our sales associate, Jose Alvarez Hernandez, and the finance manger, Max Cooper, was exceptional. We lost our first Jeep in an auto accident, so we needed to replace it. Jose found us the perfect vehicle after listening to what we wanted. Max helped us finance it and transferred our previous Jeep's service warranties over to our new vehicle purchase. They were so helpful and kind and really helped relieve some of the stress of losing our original car in the accident. I will definitely use this dealership for service and to purchase a vehicle in the future. More
The service member for our repair was really kind and communicative. But...our car (after 1 year of purchase) had a major engine issue that was covered under the warranty we purchased at Autonation. We communicative. But...our car (after 1 year of purchase) had a major engine issue that was covered under the warranty we purchased at Autonation. We had to wait a week for the repairs because of the loopholes to use our warranty- then the repair was not done right and our car is back in the shop again for -who knows how long? The whole process has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating for us (the customers) and everything has been on our time and dime (gas to drive to and from multiple times, towing, rental car). This whole process screams to never purchase from Autonation again. More
I bought a car from this business and I was told the tires were good. A month later I take the car in to get the oil changed. The person who I talked to said I need brand new tires and an alignment whic tires were good. A month later I take the car in to get the oil changed. The person who I talked to said I need brand new tires and an alignment which would cost approximately $1000.00. Is this how honest businesses operate? Sell a car and say everything is good and then have to purchase new stuff one month later because the services section say it needs to replaced? I think the person who sold me the car was honest but I don't trust the services department. I think the tires are good and I think he's trying to get me to pay more for something that shouldn't be necessary quite just yet. I bought the car from the same business a month before I got the oil changed at that same business. More
Over email management confirmed my deal with all of my information only for it to change when I got there. Not to mention the vehicle was not ready or there. I was in a loaner for five days. I was lied to information only for it to change when I got there. Not to mention the vehicle was not ready or there. I was in a loaner for five days. I was lied to repeatedly. They sold me a new vehicle that has problems. More
I don’t usually write reviews, but what I experienced with AutoNation North Phoenix needs to be shared. Found my dream car online and went in on March 19th to finalize everything. Before signing, I ma with AutoNation North Phoenix needs to be shared. Found my dream car online and went in on March 19th to finalize everything. Before signing, I made sure to ask all the right questions, and was assured multiple times that the deal and financing were 100% solid. Based on that, I moved forward, even accepting add-ons we didn’t agree with because we trusted what we were being told. Almost two weeks later, with zero communication from the dealership, I found out through credit alerts, not them, that financing was being rerun. Only after I reached out did they admit the deal had fallen through. That is not a small mistake, that is a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. During that time, because I was told everything was finalized, we spent $700 out of pocket to install window tint on what we believed was my vehicle. They have refused to reimburse it. On top of that, the finance experience was unprofessional and dismissive, and they even threw away my license plate without offering any real help to replace it when the deal had to be unwound. To be fair, Cici in sales did what she could and was the only person who showed professionalism. Everyone else failed at the most basic level of communication and customer care. As someone who runs a business, I understand mistakes happen. What matters is how you handle them. This dealership took no ownership and made no effort to make things right. If you’re thinking about buying from AutoNation North Phoenix, protect yourself. Get everything in writing and do not rely on verbal assurances. This experience cost us time, money, and trust.
