Alex Sekora was a fantastic facilitator in getting my truck services. He explained everything in detail and all the options. Although I have always known dealer service prices are inflated, but for an oil change to cost $225 is ridiculous..!! So I passed on all the fluid services as I can get the same service for 1/3 of the cost and my local person gives me a military veteran discount. I will have to return for a part that was not in stock and the rewired something incorrect as my paid theft monitoring system doesn't work. Thank Alex for the great service. More

Worst experience in buying a car in my life. Sold me a car that was not ready and needed parts. The car was dirty and couldn't test drive, STILL I bought the car trusting the dealer. I had my own financing and the dealer pulled another application, I had two loans with the same lender when the dealer wouldn't honor the lower apr and making up lies about why i needed to take the higher interest rate they pulled away my sales contract and said i had no car. My bank called me apologized for confusion and said they would honor the lower APR they called the dealership and they were told the dealer had SOLD MY CAR! I signed a sales contract, left the car to be repaired and then they sold it again to someone else. I don't trust this dealer and glad I'm out of this mess will not be buying from AutoNation ever. More
