It has a confusing name as there was an AutoNation USA down the street. The sales ppl are pushy. I told them I was not available to see a car until Saturday but they still reached out to me on Friday to a down the street. The sales ppl are pushy. It also seemed like they lied when they told me they would wash it and detail it. It was still dirty after they supposedly worked on it. Sales person Mollie also didn’t get confirmation with me for a few different things. She says ones thing and I ask someone else and they tell me something different. I definitely felt rushed with buying. I had to ask for the cars paper work 4 different times after I had signed up. They are quick to get what they need from you but once you need something from them, it’s crickets. I didn’t have a good car buying experience. More

This was my first experience at AutoNation. I’ve been through several other dealers, having bought some 10+ vehicles at this point. This was by far the best experience over the years. There wasn’t a back and forth haggling even needed. The vehicle was priced right. No bs dealer add ons and no pushy sales or finance folks. It truly felt like they wanted my business, which is rare these days. They even worked to price my trade and gave me excellent value. Thank you to Darren for making this an great experience.
