Feb 2022 parts ordered for my truck was told would be notified, No call no notification that they were here. Tried calling dealer in May 2, 2022 to check on parts and no response June 23, 2022 calle notified, No call no notification that they were here. Tried calling dealer in May 2, 2022 to check on parts and no response June 23, 2022 called for parts for on recall since I received by mail second notification for recall left many message no return call. Before this I also tried email on June 20, 2022 also no answer. Finally after calling the sales department and having them transfer me to service then waiting through the prompts then pressing “O” I got a person to talk to and able to get appointment for service and also found out they had received the parts ordered back in Feb. After using this dealer ship for over last five year I will be looking elsewhere for service More
Your service Dept. was amazing. They preformed maintenance on my Jeep in time for my vacation. Your Service Director, Abrian Acedo, made sure my Jeep was ready and kept was amazing. 3 hour wait for a scheduled oil change, not good, service writer did a good job, didn’t have my oil filter in stock, knew my car was coming in for service and did not prepare, safety check was to be complete writer did a good job, didn’t have my oil filter in stock, knew my car was coming in for service and did not prepare, safety check was to be completed while in for service, metal object found in tire by service writer because I asked if my air was checked in my tires and glanced down and saw a metal object stuck in the tread, luckily the tire was not damaged, but that should have been found by the technician who was working on my car. Slow Service. Waited over 30 minutes for check in even with appointment. Let dealership change oil and went to another dealership to complete the other work my truck needed. I noticed the dealer only had 3 service advisors and it appears to be completely understaffed. I would not recommend this dealereship. More
