After I chose not to purchase any of the extended warranties, he kept us their waiting for another 45 minutes for insurance verification t attitude. It took us 2 1/2 hours to purchase this vehicle and the fact that he acted one way at the beginning and then abruptly changed when we didn't purchase the additional items was evident. I purchased a used 2015 wrangler, overall the vehicle looked good and drove ok until I got on the highway. At 50 mph and up it wandered bad and if you hit a bump it would try to change lanes. I advised the sales person Kyle and he asked if I would bring it back so I did. He claimed the best wrangle guy they had would check it out, I received a few texts that they were checking it out and road testing it, then got a text that everything looked good, no problems. I asked if they checked the alignment, he said no but then said they would. I received a picture of a fictitious alignment sheet, no vin, no time no make or module on the sheet. The reason I can say its fictitious is because I am a mechanic and a service manager, I already checked the vehicle out, both draglink sockets were loose and both tie rod ends were worn, the right side tie rod end is so worn the right tire moves side to side by 1/4". This is extremely dangerous, had I stuck a family member in this jeep they could have had an accident, If I believed the lies Kyle told me the tie rod end would have eventually worn out to the point of separating and someone could have been killed. I expect when I purchase a used vehicle it's going to have some wear and tear however all safety items (steering and brakes) should have been actually checked and anything worn replaced. I gave them the chance to make this right by taking it back, they lied and now I will fix it my self. I will never purchase another vehicle from AutoNation and I will have this conversation with anyone purchasing a vehicle, new or used and steer them away from being put into a dangerous situation with people that should not be in this business.
