Bring my jeep for a recall and it is returned without the hybrid system working, dealership did not ever check their work. I come back the week after and they say there is another recall and need to install hybrid system working, dealership did not ever check their work. I come back the week after and they say there is another recall and need to install a part that is on backorder. 2 months later, they do not have the part and my hybrid jeep is broken only working with gas now. They do not even know when the part will be delivered. I do not think they even care. Worst service ever. More

Dealing with Camala Hayes was truly a refreshing experience. Just days I was dealing with another AutoNation dealership and felt that I had to double and triple check what was offered because I kept experience. Just days I was dealing with another AutoNation dealership and felt that I had to double and triple check what was offered because I kept finding figures that did NOT match what I was verbally promised. They were super helpful and quick! I brought my Jeep in without an appointment, and while they told me it would take some extra time, they still had everything done in a timely manner!
