The only reason I still go to Autonation is because I have the prepaid maintenance. Because of the GM and service manager at the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southwest I will never buy from AutoNa have the prepaid maintenance. Because of the GM and service manager at the AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Southwest I will never buy from AutoNation again and I have to take my vehicle to a different AutoNation as I will never deal with that dealership. The unprofessionalism is astonishing. The GM came to my work because I was not happy with service and the fact that they have different pricing for insurance companies vs customers paying is unethical and when I called them out the GM came to my work to be rude to me. I work at a motorcycle dealership next to them and MY GM was appalled and recommends I file a complaint with the dealer board. 2 people completely ruined an entire company for me. More
First, I have been waiting on a part since last march, that finally was fixed. This has been a process, with the wrong part being ordered. I was told they would call me when the part came in, I never rece that finally was fixed. This has been a process, with the wrong part being ordered. I would have to call to get an update, which every time I call I was told the part would be in next week and they would call me. Again I would never get that phone call. If you say the part will be in next week and you'll call me, I expect a phone the next week regardless if the part showed up or not. Then my last experience, the service tech was rude and condescending. He failed to stop and hear what I was saying, and would rather argue. He provided me a list of service my vehicle needed, but when I asked for an itemized list of the cost of each repair he said he could not break it down. I informed him I can do many of the services myself but wanted to know the cost break down so I could chose which services I would do vs paying the dealership. Again he chose to argue, and told me if I did the repairs myself I would void amy warranty. I guess this is how you do business, fail to provide an itemized list of what it will cost, and if the customer turns it down you will void there warranty. Really!! Lastly, when my wife went to pick my Jeep. There were two service techs talking to each other, and ignoring her. When she Interrupted them to get help, they were very rude. Also when they brought the jeep up, the person was driving my Jeep very fast and reckless. My wife said she could here the engine rev before she could see the Jeep. I have purchased several vehicles and had all my vehicles service at Auto Nation dealership, and I will be finding a new dealer.. More
