The service department is ridiculous and not well trained. They had my vehicle for over two months without fixing the problem. My husband finally brought it home and fixed it within and hour of havin trained. They had my vehicle for over two months without fixing the problem. They forgot to tighten the oil plug. I have a giant mess in my driveway.
