Ronnie was very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and clear about what was going on with my vehicle. He fixed the issue and had my car back to me promptly, even setting up an “after hours” pick up with a clear about what was going on with my vehicle. He fixed the issue and had my car back to me promptly, even setting up an “after hours” pick up with a dealer-paid-for Lyft so I could get my car after I got off work. And when I got to my car, it was CLEAN. Ronnie let me know about other maintenance items coming up at the 90k mile mark, and helped guide me to what would be most important to take care of soon and what could be spaced out (without ever being pushy). Highly recommend Ronnie and the service team here. I had a great experience and I’ll be going back. More

What an awesome experience, brought my truck in same day major job completed. I messed up and forgot the hood latch keys so I bet it would’ve even been completed sooner. Mechanic that worked on my truck had to be stellar also, diesel high pressure fuel pump is not something that can be just thrown in, dealing with pressures above 25k is no joke, these folks know what they’re doing and do it right. From senior management of this dealership to absence of dirt on the floor I am very thankful for such an awesome team to step up, do the job, get it done, and do it right with no xx. Didn’t try to sell me on anything after the service. My preconception of the dealership experience is changed because of this shop. Team, my professional advice for your shop from a manager at a repair shop, do not change a thing, Teamwork is key, keep it up. Managers keep the team engaged and keep challenging them. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! !! The buying process was super smooth, because they're nice until they have a signed contract and your money. Then they conveniently inform you that !! The buying process was super smooth, because they're nice until they have a signed contract and your money. Then they conveniently inform you that the vehicle has only been on the lot for less than 24 hours and needs to pass a safety inspection before you can take the vehicle.I'm not sure why a car was listed to sell that hasn't passed a safety inspection first. I was told I would have it the next week. They had my car for almost 3 weeks!! I was told that I still needed to bring it back because they were waiting on a part (a plastic cover for the driver side fog light cover that was cracked). Fast forward a month into having the car I noticed that the inside of my brand new front tires were worn down to wire! I had to pay $700 for new tire to ensure my kids had a safe vehicle to ride in. I called the dealership and informed them, I was instructed to bring it in. I waited for 2 hours for them to tell me that they can't do anything because there is damage to control arm and it passed the safety inspection and they can'y prove that I didn't hit something to cause that damage. Offaly ironic that there is damage to the control arm on the same side they had to replace a cracked fog light cover. I will be canceling my warranty through them to have my car worked on somewhere I can trust because this place is a scam! I will tell everyone I know to avoid Auto Nation. More
