AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe

I took my Jeep in for a legacy Pentastar motor issue that another entity tried twice to resolve. I was strung along with the effort being put into resolving my issue and after 33 days and no resolution that another entity tried twice to resolve. I was strung along with the effort being put into resolving my issue and after 33 days and no resolution I had to pull my Jeep from this dealership. The unprofessionalism by AJ not being forthcoming with the effort and progress was disappointing to say the least. After 2 weeks and no progress I involved Justin the SD but I still received similar excuses. Once a tech actually spent time on my vehicle I was reminded “I can’t do work for free”, even though a diagnosis still hadnt been made. I opened a case with Mopar to get financial assistance and that was a joke. I involved the GM but was still reminded that they had other vehicles to work on, even though mine had prob been there the longest and had the highest priority. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled, by all involved. I will never buy a Jeep again, and I would certainly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else for repair if possible. More

As usual I had another wonderful experience at the AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe! I had to drop my Jeep off after hours and it was great to hear from Zach, the awesome service provider, in the mor AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe! I had to drop my Jeep off after hours and it was great to hear from Zach, the awesome service provider, in the morning confirming they got my Jeep checked in and they were starting to work on it. I was getting my front and rear diff fluid changed and an oil change. Zach did an excellent job staying in contact with me about my Jeep! When they were working on my Jeep they found something that needed repaired, Zach got a hold of me, explained what the issue was, gave me a fair quote and had that part fixed! It’s so nice to work with someone who is kind and honest! When I picked my Jeep up Zach was busy but AJ quickly assisted me! Both Zach and AJ have exceptional customer service skills and make the whole experience with servicing my Jeep stress and hassle free! Another gentleman quickly got my Jeep pulled up to the front so I could have an easy exit! My Jeep looked brand new!! And it drove so smoothly! Had my vehicle for 5 days. Didn't let me know until drop off that it would be more than the day of the appointment. By looking at some of the previous reviews, I think that you know that the service at this dealership is one of the WORST I have ever dealt with. My Jeep was towed in on a Monday & preliminary diagnosis wa you know that the service at this dealership is one of the WORST I have ever dealt with. My Jeep was towed in on a Monday & preliminary diagnosis was one thing & then another & after 6 days, the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up. The technicians were obviously not well trained! I will not recommend this dealership for anything in the future!! Very sad that you cannot get decent knowledgeable help!!! More

Took car in on scheduled date and time. They didn't even look at it for 4 days after telling me I had to schedule an appointment. That was 4 days without my car. Finally get a call back saying they would not fix under warranty. Said damaged and caused by outside influences. Wanted $2800 to repair. They said maybe they could repair at a discount as a "good will repair". Not sure what that was and did not ask. Took car back to my mechanic and he could not figure out what or why they would not cover under warranty. Said why would he tell me to take for warranty if it was something that would not be covered if he could do the work and charge. This is speculation on my part with no evidence other than AutoNation kept pushing the "good will repair" angle. I think Jeep would have covered the warranty but would not have paid AutoNation what they think they should be paid so they were trying to make up the difference from me. I refuse to give a company that no matter what has no integrity.In fact will never buy another Jeep product is this is how they treat or allow their dealers to treat their customers. Also, my mechanic quoted and fixed for considerably less than what AutoNation wanted to charge. More

This is the absolute worst customer experience in my life. I scheduled an appointment three weeks out, dropped my vehicle off for a safety alert message diagnosis and potential repair – a SAFETY issue. life. After ten days and significant communication with the service technician, my vehicle had not even been diagnosed much less evaluated and repaired. After reading other reviews of people having vehicles held by the dealership for extended periods of time and not being touched, I retrieved mine. I will never, ever purchase another vehicle from Autonation or waste my time, convenience and the cost of alternate travel to have them do nothing. They should be embarrassed, but the attitude I received was indifference at best. More
