I.do not write reviews very often unless experience is exceptional or very poor. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership last week and wanted to share some of my issues with the service. I saw the vehicle on the first day but sadly couldn't test drive it as I had my toddler with me so I made another appointment to test drive it the next day. The vehicle was pretty dusty on the outside which is not a big deal as it's spring in Colorado but unfortunately there was also quite a lot of dust and sand inside of the vehicle as well. Test drive was uneventful but I noticed low washer fluid level which led me to ask about the vehicle's pre sale inspection and service and I was assured by the sales associate that vehicle was serviced and ready to go. I took the vehicle that same day and decided to replenish missing washer fluid when I noticed that both the intercooler and engine coolant reservoirs are way below minimal recommended levels. Additionally I decoded to inspect the engine's air filter which end up being extremely dirty. Since the vehicle has no oil level dipper I can't really say if the oil was changed at all but judging from the other issues I encountered I wouldn't trust that it was. I've purchased many vehicles from different kinds of dealerships to know that the quality of experience can go either way. Since auto nation has had good reputation I expected these things to be addressed but was quite disappointed and turned down from future business with them. More

Made an appointment for a tire balance & rotation/oil change two weeks in advance & stipulated I needed to wait for the work. Arrived on time for that and reiterated I was waiting, was told it would be a change two weeks in advance & stipulated I needed to wait for the work. Arrived on time for that and reiterated I was waiting, was told it would be an hour. After waiting an hour I see my Jeep sitting where I left it when I arrived ( and directly in plain view of the person who’d checked me in ), with the emergency flashers blinking? When I reminded them of what we’d discussed & arranged I was told “he’s running behind” - period. Someone couldn’t have discussed that with me while I was in the waiting room? My appointment was at 9:00 & they’re already running behind? What good is it to make appointments and be told the work will take about an hour? A gentleman ( obviously a manager) stepped in and finally took care of me - it was another 45 minutes before the work was completed. If he hadn’t been there I might still be waiting. And - my tires were over inflated during the job. Check the video. The door tag clearly states 33 lbs and they inflated them to 38. I had to fix that myself? Disappointing all around. More
I bought my Jeep here brand new in 2012 and have been coming back ever since. The service was way slower than in years past (I wasn't called back in two days as they had my Jeep for an oil change/ tire r coming back ever since. The service was way slower than in years past (I wasn't called back in two days as they had my Jeep for an oil change/ tire rotation and a quote on two simple repairs) even with a scheduled appt. When I received my vehicle the quotes were only given to me verbally with no paper record in my invoice. Unfortunately, I do not think I will use them again. I will instead use the AutoNation on Arapahoe and see if their service is better. I expected better service from a dealership....that is why you pay the premium cost for work. Haven't felt the same way about other dealerships in the area for my Nissan and BMW work. We have been looking at the Jeep PHEV and will consider other dealerships now as well. More
