0 Stars if I could… I called Wednesday evening about purchasing a used car. Agreed on numbers and the sales menu and have my own financing arranged based on the VIN. Salesman and I committed to meeting purchasing a used car. Agreed on numbers and the sales menu and have my own financing arranged based on the VIN. Salesman and I committed to meeting between 1 and 3 on Friday since Thursday was a holiday. I had a funeral to attend Friday morning (which I also shared with him). Got a call at noon that they sold the car to another customer. As I called to inquire, the other deal wasn’t done, but due to some silly policy about “holding cars” they sold it anyway. Dealer could have made it right since the person buying didn’t even have financing yet; however they refused to honor our original commitment. Would recommend buyers look elsewhere to more reputable dealers. Gone is a world of gentleman agreements and handshakes as they lust for the bottom dollar. More
I came in with an appointment regarding a recall and asked if my vehicle was safe to drive. The dealership refused to state that my vehicle was safe to drive, did not indirect my vehicle, and then lied asked if my vehicle was safe to drive. The dealership refused to state that my vehicle was safe to drive, did not indirect my vehicle, and then lied to Jeep wave about what they did. I have the receipt from the visit and the write up on it was the complete opposite of what Jeep wave started the service manager as saying. Maybe FCA is lying, who knows. I'm the mean time I am in a vehicle that the dealership service department refuses to say was safe to drive, putting myself and others at undue risk without anyone attempting or offering any other solution. I want to start by saying before I stepped into this dealership my credit score was 819 and had been for nearly 4 years. I own a business in the community and work hard to do my part. With in months an dealership my credit score was 819 and had been for nearly 4 years. I own a business in the community and work hard to do my part. With in months and due solely to this dealerships neglect my score dropped 300 points. I’m now unable to qualify for a home. Unable to upgrade my vehicle which I would have done year after year with this dealership had this not have happened. I purchased a maintenance package from them as well. I took my vehicle in for its first inspection and oil change last week and they once again neglected to do their job. My fluids were not checked or replace, the tires were not addressed even though there was a code on my dash alerting to both. I now have to return a second time to make sure my car is safe for my 3 year old twins during the winter months as it begins to snow. I’m going to keep doing my part and hope that this dealership will one day step it up. I would have stuck with this dealership and been loyal. I have a rapidly growing business that I would have purchased multiple vehicles for from this dealership but since May I have done nothing but regret my decision to step foot through their doors. More
