Gosh, where to I start? It has to be one of the worst experiences with an auto mechanic service advisor in my adult life. Customer service in this instance was non-existen It has to be one of the worst experiences with an auto mechanic service advisor in my adult life. Customer service in this instance was non-existent. I should have realized it was going to be bad when the advisor couldn't find any recalls on my jeep that THEY notified me of by mail. When we went in the first time, it sat there for two days without hearing from them. I called them and got notified there weren't any parts available - why did they book the appointment then? Why didn't they call me once they figured that out? Fast forward six months, I get notified again. This time I called the Parts Dept. first to see if the parts were available. They were so I had them set them aside then I called Service. Unfortunately I got the same advisor - she still couldn't find the recall. After I told her, she looked and looked and finally found it. So I booked an appointment two to three weeks out so it went in early enough in the week that we would have it back by the weekend - I was told it would be a two day service. I dropped it off as scheduled with no acknowledgement or contact from them. I called the second day afternoon to ask about status, and got "it hasn't gotten into the mechanic yet". WHAT? She said "it will be ready by Friday". Knowingly I said, sure it will. Was it? Of course not. It took another whole other week. Did we get a call with any updates, any communication that we didn't initiate? Absolutely not. Any kind words, any apologies...not sincere ones. Having bought multiple trucks/cars/jeeps off of that lot over the years I generally have had a good experience there, well that was all ruined by one lousy experience. I'll go out of my way to avoid going back to them – strongly suggest you do too. I gave them a single star because at least the repair seems ok. More
It is a very good dealership. It could improve on its customer communication. Ben is one of the best service techs I have seen. But, he is understaffed and does a super job. Ben did great to get my vehicle taken care of as quickly as possible, and Travis helped out greatly by getting me a loaner vehicle while my work truck was in the shop.
