Not very customer focused. We asked for maintenance records for the used Jeep we bought to plan and got a Carfax printout. NOT what we asked for. And this week, we paid $200 for an oil change! 2015 Jeep Chrerokee took 8 weeks to repair😡. 50% the service department fault and the other 50% is owning a Mopar lifetime warranty! So frustrating with lack of communication no return phone calls being service department fault and the other 50% is owning a Mopar lifetime warranty!
