After a front end collision in December of last year my ONLY vehicle was taken to this repair shop as they assured me that they could work on my vehicle. After painful 4 months of my vehicle being in this ONLY vehicle was taken to this repair shop as they assured me that they could work on my vehicle. After painful 4 months of my vehicle being in this particular shop it was released to me with more issues than it had prior to entering the shop. When I contacted the service department about the issues I was facing they stated it couldn’t be a result of their work. Not only was my accident in dead of winter only to be returned to me without AC, heat and defrost; my passenger front door will no longer respond to touch to lock or unlock the car; and my shift knob on more than one occasion will not pop out to shift the car into gear. Now I’m faced with placing a claim on my own insurance to remedy these items even though the original accident I was deemed not at fault. Which will leave me carless for however long this time to actually be repaired properly like it should of before it was even released back to me & while I was in possession of a rental car from the at fault parties insurance. This whole process is a continuous nightmare. Why did this company run a diagnosis on my vehicle before they said I could pick it up they had ample amount of time to get this right the FIRST time, 4 months to be exact. More

A couple weeks after I bought ny car I got rear ended. I called my sales guy Steve Busby from Subaru AutoNation and he immediately got me in touch with the repair shop at auto nation. From there Dave Guth I called my sales guy Steve Busby from Subaru AutoNation and he immediately got me in touch with the repair shop at auto nation. From there Dave Guthrie took over. He was incredible. The follow up and persistence with the insurance company saved me so much time. The team work at auto nation is incredible and I will never go anywhere else. More
