Scheduled warranty work. Had to schedule the appointment a month out because of their schedule. Brought my truck in on the day of the appointment and they told me they didn’t Had to schedule the appointment a month out because of their schedule. Brought my truck in on the day of the appointment and they told me they didn’t have the part. It cost me a hundred dollars in child care to keep an appointment that didn’t solve my problem. When I asked about rescheduling the appointment to get the warranty work done they told me I’d have to just “keep calling back to see if I have the part.” The service guys are nice enough but I’m pretty unimpressed with how hard it is to get warranty work done there.
