I requested to change out my 2021 Dodge Charger halogen headlights to LED bulbs and check out my transmission and was told the first appointment would not be available until February 2023. I also requested thru Cheyene to please tell the service person to be sure to check the tire pressure while rotating the tires. After waiting two hours for the oil change, I took a trip with my wife to the mountains. After leaving the restaurant for dinner, upon starting the car, the tire pressure dashboard lite was on. I move the dash display to the tire readout for pressure to find all four tires read different numbers, from 29 PSI down to 24 PSI, which left my Wife and I in a dangerous situation. I cannot find a location that has a properly working tire pressure pump. I will have to risk driving my car back to your Arapahoe location to resolve this situation. More

After pricing tires at known tire shops i remembered the signs at Autonation Dodge Ram Arapahoe “buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar”. So I called. Troy handle my call and quoted a price which included a 4 whee signs at Autonation Dodge Ram Arapahoe “buy 3 get the 4th for a dollar”. So I called. Troy handle my call and quoted a price which included a 4 wheel alignment for the exact tires I wanted. The quote was about $200 cheaper than the other quotes I got that did not include an alignment So I figured I would give them a try. It took approximately 2 hours and Troy kept me up to date as I waited. Troy was very personable and the tech did a great job. Troy, give your tech Kudos for a job well done (Sorry I didn’t get his name). After past bad experiences at well know tire shops I will not waste my time with them any longer unless I absolutely have to. More

I have called every single apartment trying to access information about a repair on my car. Nobody is answering in the services department, and when I call other departments they just transfer the call…a information about a repair on my car.
