Will is a great Service Advisor. He did a good job keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process of my trucks warranty work. Although the repair took longer than I initially expected, he was honest and provided prompt responses to my questions along the way. The first SA I spoke with, I did not record his name, was the polar opposite and spent all of his time telling me that it wouldnt be covered unfder warranty eventhough Auto Nation Dodge has a 7 year warranty and I purchased my truck there less than 6 years ago and had just crossed 30k miles. Check engine light came on on the truck I purchased less than 2 months ago. Brought it in and they turned me away. Scheduled a drop-off while I was out of town and they apparently spent the entire time ar than 2 months ago. Brought it in and they turned me away. Scheduled a drop-off while I was out of town and they apparently spent the entire time arguing with Chrysler about being 'allowed' to order the part. First guy tells me he reset the check engine light per Chrysler, and since they can't get it to come back on they can't fix it. I'm then told if I take the truck (which they had for a week at this point), they will have to start from scratch with Chrysler. I can't afford not to have a truck indefinitely, so I take it and call the manager on the way home. According to the manager, the first guy I spoke to didn't know what he was talking about, and they did know exactly what was wrong but Chrysler wouldn't let them order the replacement unless they could get the light to come back on. (xxx??) So now I have a truck I have no trust in, right in time for winter in the mountains. Awesome. Also, they took out my car seats and forgot to put them back in. Thankfully I got them to deliver them to me, as I live an hour away in said mountains. Trying to understand why I paid for a bumper to bumper when they can just claim that Chrysler won't let them ACTUALLY FIX THE TRUCK. I should have bought a Toyota. From someone else. More
