Had my truck serviced a few weeks ago for a recall issue. The service department was able to get me a appointment right away. The recall issue was resolved and I was on my way. Side note, I used to go to Brandon Dodge since it’s closer to me. But the entire dealership is rude and unprofessional. In will only be taking my truck to AutoNation from now on. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. When I picked up my truck, the bill was for $260.00. The quote I was sent was $173.84. The service person said that that was wrong and that he didn't know where that price came from. After some back and forth, and showing him the quote, I ended up paying around $210. If you get a quote, they should honor that. Not the first time my vehicle was there for this. Seems like it's different every time. Won't take my truck there again. More
