Came to look at a Ford and ended up with a very nice Dodge. Person answering telephone was knowledgeable and helpful. When got to store in person, the saleswomen we talked to on the phone was again v Dodge. Person answering telephone was knowledgeable and helpful. Went in at 7:00 am for a required recall, scheduled a month in advance. Told later that day, 2:00 pm, it would take an entire next day, to install an alternator. Come on, seriously, 5 more hours of ope month in advance. Told later that day, 2:00 pm, it would take an entire next day, to install an alternator. Come on, seriously, 5 more hours of operation couldn't accomplish an alternator install? Car always garaged. Damaged by rainstorm due to "extra day". Thanks. More

They sold me a lemon car and the Gm is not returning my calls. I took it in for 2 issues within 5 days of purchasing. They said they took another look at it. They clearly did not because they would have no calls. I took it in for 2 issues within 5 days of purchasing. They said they took another look at it. They clearly did not because they would have noticed the massive leak in the diesel tank. BUYER BEWARE. Poor quality vehicles, poor customer service, poor transaction. At this point I’m already out 17k cash from the purchase, tags, taxes, insurance. And I will likely have to spend more on an attorney. This place is not a good business. More
