I was going to a Dodge dealership at another location and had some bad experiences, so I started to come to Auto Nation Dodge Arapahoe about a year ago for service on our Dodge Durango. The service has been had some bad experiences, so I started to come to Auto Nation Dodge Arapahoe about a year ago for service on our Dodge Durango. The service has been outstanding!! I have been working with Bill in the service department on all my visits and he is the BEST service technician I have ever worked with. This dealership is lucky to have someone of his expertise and customer service professionalism!! Bill does an amazing job of getting you taken care of. Super satisfied with our experience at AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe. Jordan Wein was amazing to work with and made everything super easy. Ali Kaeni in finance was great. Don't walk but run away from this Dealership! The office was incompetent scheduling my Promaster warranty work as an oil change. While waiting for the "Service Advisor" there was a broken waiting The office was incompetent scheduling my Promaster warranty work as an oil change. While waiting for the "Service Advisor" there was a broken waiting chair next to the desk. It is an extreme safety hazard sliding 3 feet away when I attempted to sit down. They are lucky that I wasn’t injured and they were not sued. This lack of concern for customer safety epitomizes how unprofessional this Service Center is. This "Service Advisor" became extremely unprofessional (actually combative and vulgar) after being told he would get a poor review here. He even refused to immediately reschedule the correct service! I advise people to find another dealership if they care about competent service and professionalism. More
