Showed up, vehicle was not ready, neither was the salesman. The only thing I needed was to have it ready so I could head back to work but all homeboy wanted to talk about was a 420 concert at Red Roc salesman. My trade-in and new truck sat on location for a week while Jordan was on vacation in Mexico, I asked who can I deal with to speed up the sales process(waited 8 months for this pickup), he replied "no one". This was the worst truck buying experience of my life, he had no respect for my livelihood or time and he will tell you the feeling was mutual when you approach him about this review. I am sick of every RAM salesman telling me how important these reviews are and to never leave a bad one, "if something is wrong I'll fix it blah blah blah"...as a consumer that is none of my business I just expect accountability. Only one star because it won't let you continue unless you give at least one star. Absolutely pathetic, lieing, change their story around from what they told you the first time. Dropped vehicle off for recall service. I had a few questions on UConnect(Which is a joke for the NAV systems) and for a phobe issue, on 1 of the 2 phobes I have. I got no ware for resolvin I had a few questions on UConnect(Which is a joke for the NAV systems) and for a phobe issue, on 1 of the 2 phobes I have. I got no ware for resolving the issue. I tried to call the 800 number listed on their website, to get to the Service contact and also tried to call the local phone number. I requested from each number to talk to the service department, and got no ware. I was not allowed to leave a message, so I didnt know what was going on with my truck. I feel like I need to start to look at a competitors truck(Ford GMC) for my next purchase. I have been a Dodge/RAM customer since 1995. But with my 2019 2500 Not sure this was the best purchase at this point. I have my Wife's son who purchased his truck (same size as mine) and my daughter with a 1500 Warlock. I'm really disappointed. I picked my truck up from service and my truck tires were low, my settings were all rest to factory settings, I asked why and was told with the type of recall they performed that will re-set to factory settings. My thought why wasn't that disclosed that there may be resets to factory defaults due to what they are doing to my truck for the re-call. That to me is being honest with a customer. I had to find out when I was leaving the shop which is really upsetting. POOR COMMUNICATION TO A CUSTOMER THAT PAYS FOR SERVICE!! Want to talk more please contact me. More
