I said yes the check engine light is on. He pompously said I" told you to buy the warranty" which had me reply, "I am returning the vehicle and getting my money back since Dodge Ram sells crazy cars". Thankfully the used car manager was able to figure out what happened and could assure me this vehicle was all I thought it was. I previously purchased from Auto Nation Toyota and drove my beloved Chrysler for 13 years! I like the AutoNation system and am glad I was able to keep this Durango. PS I did consider a bumper to bumper warranty after this situation. I checked with the dealership and with other after market warranty companies. I elected to put the amount of $ it would cost to purchase a warranty into an interest bearing account instead. If purchasing a used vehicle, go see Chauncey...the internet sales rep! The reason I really liked him is that while I was inspecting the vehicle, he didn't talk my head off. He answered my questions first. Then helped with things I didn't notice. Even if I didn't buy this vehicle, I would still purchased from him! **All the vehicles I looked at on the different app I used, I felt are over priced. If you can wait until the chip shortage is resolved you will get a low priced vehicle. If you can't wait, deal with this company! More
