I purchased a new 2012 Dodge Durango about 3 months ago. I was trading in my 3 year old BMW 3 series because my lease was up and I wanted to move back to an SUV. I was very skeptical going into this process because of the experience I encountered at a different dealership.I did my research, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I have to say that I was very pleased with the entire process at Brandon Dodge. I worked with Michael Kern. He listened to what I was saying, what I wanted in a vehicle and what I did not want. I am not an easy person to please because I do not settle. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I waited a few month to see how their customer was and if I would get the follow up that I was told I would be getting, and I did. The things that Michael said he would do, he did. I have to say that every person that I came in contact with during this entire buying process was fantastic. This includes the receptionist. Even though it was a long process that took more than one day, they all made it as pleasant as possible. i am head over heels in love with my car! I do not live close to Brandon Dodge, but I will be taking my car to them for all of the service. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

My wife and I were referred to Brandon Dodge. I had already found the 2011 Dodge Durango I was interested in looking at online prior to arriving. Once we arrived at Brandon Dodge, sales consultant Mich already found the 2011 Dodge Durango I was interested in looking at online prior to arriving. Once we arrived at Brandon Dodge, sales consultant Michael Kern greeted us at the door. I told him the car I wanted to look at and he hustled to get the keys for the car and thoroughly explained all of the features. We took the car for a test drive and Michael was very polite and informative, never pushy. When we arrived back to the dealership Michael told me he could put some numbers together for me only if I wanted him to. Michael was very polite and professional. I did tell him what I could afford for a monthly payment upfront but was not offered my asking monthly payment until he went back to the manager (Josh) 3 or 4 times. Josh eventually shook hands on my asking price and I was escorted back to talk to Terrance in finance to seal the deal. Terrance was very friendly and did what he is paid to do (try to sell us an extended warranty). The car I was purchasing was a 2011 and was still under warranty; however Terrence made the extended warranties sound so good. I told Terrance no to all of the warranties he offered us and told him I was already at my asking monthly payment price. Terrence did a great sales pitch but I stuck to my guns and did not opt to buy any warranty. Overall I was very happy working with Michael, Josh, and Terrance. They are in the business of selling cars and they all did a great job selling one to me. I would purchase from them again. More
