Thanks for your comments. Your copy of the paperwork states on the "We Owe" that you will get the repair as promised, which was already scheduled in the service department. I'm told that the tank was full of gas, however, if it was not, allow me to fulfill that promised to you when your car is in for service. This is the first time that anyone in management was aware of any problems with your deal--please always feel free to call the store and ask for a manager or e-mail. We will always respond quickly.
