Really disappointed. I’ve been a long-time customer, and clearly that loyalty means nothing to this team. They can’t seem to retain employees, which speaks volumes about I’ve been a long-time customer, and clearly that loyalty means nothing to this team. There’s little to no follow-up, you have to chase them for updates, and it takes 5+ days just to diagnose a vehicle. I won’t be spending another penny here. More
