I came there to buy a new car and I was turned away by the sales people they would not help at all this is not right they would not even talk to me on anything I will never come back there and I will tel the sales people they would not help at all this is not right they would not even talk to me on anything I will never come back there and I will tell my friends not to come there auto Nation is worst then Colorado spring Dodge this is no way to treat people. I was there to trade in my 2018 Dodge Journey it has 20,000 miles on it but they would not even ask if I had money to put down on new car they just kicked me out of the dealer ship. Oh I brought a Jeep from another Dealer ship Auto Nation stinks. More

Decent sales process; sales could benefit from paying a bit more attention to detail. The pick-up took WAY too long; over 2 hours and we prepared ahead of time with insurance documentation, etc. There is bit more attention to detail. Your service department does not care about there customers. Will not answer the questions on the and do not call you back. Had to show up in person to get answers.
