I arrived early for my appointment and was taken promptly for an oil change and tire rotation. All was good: wait time, courtesy, WiFi, coffee. Only complaint was now I could not purchase the Mopar oil chang for an oil change and tire rotation. All was good: wait time, courtesy, WiFi, coffee. Only complaint was now I could not purchase the Mopar oil change package to save $$. Also, I had a 25% off coupon for services but doesn’t cover oil changes, only big ticket items and tire rotation. I will probably go back to service dept I didn’t care for just to get oil change package. More

The salesman was good. The bookkeeper doing the loan was over charging by $2000 , my wife found his error and he corrected it.
