Mrs. Chung, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our dealership. There are definitely times where we evaluate ourselves and our processes to determine where we can optimize and save time (both our valued customer's time and our employees most efficient use of time). To address your specific concerns, I interviewed each employee that was involved in your transaction with our business. Your first concern is "the manager taking 20-30 minutes to get answers for each question or negotiation -- then five hours passed by". I can only presume that this is embellished for effect as the people involved indicate that far less time passed by (5 minutes at MOST), as we were determining the incentives, taxes, method of payment (which incidentally when coming from out of state require an additional degree of difficulty. In addition, in your review, you neglect to mention that you and your family went to lunch (1.5 hrs) and even left a second time as well inside of the "5hrs". The second concern that you mention: "likes to con and mislead the customer into what they are actually buying". This seems to stem from your attempt to build the vehicle on dodge.com (unsuccessfully at first) to determine the pricing, once we determined the package that you selected included "Blacktop Package". After of which you seemed at least content that the pricing was accurate (actually we were lower). While I respect your right to purchase elsewhere (in my humble opinion, that choice helps us strive to be the best), I find it somewhat satisfactory that when we spoke about this review on the phone, you emphasized that you had been to and shopped many different dealers in New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado and in the end, you decided to finally purchase from our dealership even though we were many hours away... I also recall you telling me that another dealer (post sale) said they would match our price. Might be that we actually were the best deal? 100% of our reviews are customer feedback, and although I believe we can improve as we definitely are not perfect. I do believe we strive for 100% satisfaction, as indicated by our multiple calls and communication with you post sale. Sometimes, regardless of our efforts, we cannot make every customer happy.
