I went to the dealer knowing what i wanted for the most part. The first person i encountered was Chris, he did a very good job at figuring out what i wanted also dident mind walking back and forth accross part. I switched salesmen in the middle of my car buying experience which was fine becauce Jeff really knew the car i was looking at. By the end of the night i had finaly left with a car that had every thing except for the rims i wanted which i got a "we owe you" for. I was very nervous over the we owe you because you must get it honered within 30 days or else it means nothing, and the last dealer i went to screwed me over pretty bad and i never got what i was pormissed. So the reason i give this dealer five stars all the way accross is because i did get what i was promissed and it only took them two weeks. i called right way to get the appointment set and they actualy called me back when they said and remembered who i was and what i needed. I came in to get a Dodge RAM pick-up truck with a specific last of "must haves." I was met at the door by Matthew Ramirez. Without me asking, he then offered to get another sales person involved who was much more knowledgeable about the RAM line of trucks and their features. I was impressed that Matthew knew his limitations and was able to quickly get an experienced sales person, Chris Manaois, involved. Chris listened to my "must haves" and quickly identified the proper model for me and found a truck that met my needs in a color that I liked. The test drive went well. Since I had an "employee voucher" there was no negotiation, but both Matthew and Chris helped ensure that I got a couple of extra features added that I wanted (floor boards and GPS) and ensured that the rest of the paper work went smoothly. Even though Adam is fairly new to Colorado Springs Dodge, he was able to get me into a car. If he didn't know something, he knew who to ask. Robert was very nice to us even though we weren't able to buy a car from them at this time. he understood and was more about finding something for us and helping us meet a money price that we could a able to buy a car from them at this time. he understood and was more about finding something for us and helping us meet a money price that we could afford. He is more about making sure that his customers go home happy with a car they like that they can afford instead of selling a certain amount of cars for the end of the month. Anthony and Matt were wonderful. Anthony welcomed us to the site and was very friendly. I appreciated the fact that we were asked what we were looking for, rather than being overwhelmed by the selection. the site and was very friendly. Our decisions were made, step-by-step. Anthony walked us through each step. Anthony was patient with us as we jumped from option to option, car to car. Anthony was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all our questions. Matt joined us after the test drive and provided more information on the vehicle and about the process of purchasing the vehicle. He was very friendly. If we had a question or concern, Anthony and Matt had an answer. If not, they found the answer. Both Anthony and Matt were friendly and I never felt pressured to buy my vehicle. Once the floor manager came in the picture, the pressure started, but he was understanding and was willing to work with us. We kept the team there after closing, but there were no gripes. He answered all the questions I had and motivated me to drive past other Dodge dealerships to make it to Colorado Springs Dodge. Nick was the main salesman I dealt with when I got there and he did an outstanding job. He was one step ahead of me with anything I needed including water and coffee. He was very informative on the test drive. I thought that he may have built the truck! He definitely sold me on the truck. Thank you nick for the great customer service! I'll recommend you to anybody who needs a new Dodge. More
