They were willing to fit our financial needs. Caleb was very nice and helpful, I would definitely recommend him. I bought a new truck from this dealer. Salesman quoted me a number and I found a better price by 2500.00 at an out of state dealer. Saleman told me if I could wait 3 weeks he could do as good. He was actuall a number and I found a better price by 2500.00 at an out of state dealer. Saleman told me if I could wait 3 weeks he could do as good. He was actually rude about my shopping the number but I agreed to wait. I received the truck with 900 miles on it and it wasnt equipped the way it was quoted. He was not able to do the upfits I requested and only knocked off 500.00 for about 1200.00 worth of upfits. I found one of the upfits overnight and installed my self. I had to call several times to get him to do the DOT inspection he was supposed to do. He ended up doing the inspection from his office without looking at the truck and UPS'd me the form and equipment which I am sure the DOT wouldn't except as an inspection. My temp plates expired and I have yet to get a return call regarding the status of my paperwork. I am extremely dissatisfied and would suggest anyone who needs a new truck go elsewhere and research th dealer. I am guilty of being to trusting and too busy to deal with this outfit. More

This is the fourth vehicle that we have bought from this agency. They always do their very best to work with their customers, both in the car sales and the car service area. Keith Plimpton was great! This is by far the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership..PERIOD! From the moment I decided to look for a car, I contacted Joel Garbe, by phone, as he was a referral from a friend. He listened dealership..PERIOD! From the moment I decided to look for a car, I contacted Joel Garbe, by phone, as he was a referral from a friend. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, and immediately started working on finding the best vehicle to suit my needs. Joel contacted me back the same day, to let me know he had a few used vehicles in my price range, and gave me a good time to come in and take a look. I was greeted by smiling faces, and everyone was very helpful from the moment I arrived. Joel had picked out 3 cars for me. We test drove all 3 vehicles. I had to think about it overnight, before I choose the one that was right for me and my family. When I was ready, at my convienence, I went back the next day. I was still undecided, and Joel let me test drive each of them again. I couldn't make up my mind, as they were all great vehicles. Never one time did I feel rushed, pressured or that I was taking too much time. When I had made up my mind, they even let me bring in my mechanic to drive a few of the vehicles to solidify my choice. When I FINALLY picked a vehicle, Joel really went to bat for me. I had recent back surgery and was financially strapped, but needed a car badly. His team really went above and beyond, to make me a ROCK BOTTOM, fantastic deal. I really feel that they did me a HUGE personal favor. I know my car should have cost me way more than it did, eventhough their prices are MORE than fair to begin with. I even got to meet Albert, the manager, who was very nice, and thank him personally for working with me on the price. Last but not least, I got to meet with Steve, the finance man, eventhough I paid cash, to do paperwork. He was very friendly and personable as well. By the time I was done with the paperwork, they had freshly detailed my car and had it shining bright and ready to go. It needed one last touch before I could take it home, so Joel went above and beyond again, and offered to deliver the car to my home the following day. Needless to say, I am one EXTREMELY happy customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I thought I would have to go to a little buy here pay here lot, but with the Dodge team, you can pay 500 down and the balance with-in 21 days. Sometimes that is all you need. I got a fantastic vehicle, at an amazing price and what is even better, is the people. They were all amazing from beginning to end. If you ever need a car, new or used, you can be rest assured, Colorado Springs Dodge, will do whatever it takes, to take care of you, and make your dreaded car buying experience a pleasurable experience. It has totally changed my view on the whole "car sales" experience. My husband and I are having a hardship like alot of folks these days and we couldn't have been more pleased when we went looking on line for a truck. Joel called us and we explained to Joel that we didn't have alot of money because we are on a fixed income and my husband has cancer so we needed a good truck for a really low price and we couldn't put anything down on it and I didn't think we had good credit, what could he do for us? Lets just say he found us a truck we absolutely love it is exactly what we not only wanted but what we needed he has earned our buisness if we should ever need another vehicle he will be the one we go to and I would tell anyone who wants a good and fair deal Joel Garbe is the one to see. Was not updated when vehicle could be picked up. When I had not heard anything for 3 days I went to the dealership to inquire as to when the vehicle would be ready. Upon arriving at the dealership was tol had not heard anything for 3 days I went to the dealership to inquire as to when the vehicle would be ready. Upon arriving at the dealership was told my sales person was off due to family illness. I was passed on to Robin who was not aware of when the leather would be installed in my vehicle. I had walked paased my vehicle when I entered the dealership and was concerned that is was not secured safetly in the back of the dealership. Robin informed me that they wanted the vehicle up front where it would be seen by other customers.... I told her I wanted the vehicle secured where it would not be scratched. I was then told by Robin that a manager was checking on vehicle status and that I would be called that day and advised when the vehicle could be picked up. I was not called that day about vehicle. When the vehicle did arrive and I picked it up I was never given a new vehicle orientation. I was given the keys and no information about it. I was also promised a tank full of gas by my sales person(Marc). The vehicle was not full of gas. The evening I picked the truck up I noticed the right rear bumber had a dent in it. The vehicle was repaired at no cost to me. To date I have not recieved a new vehicle orientation or the tank of gas I was promised. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had while purchasing a new or used vehicle. If whoever reads this wants additional details of my experience PLEASE CALL ME. More

I came in looking to trade in my 99 Dodge Durango for a newer Ram. I was on a budget and they knew this and still took outstanding care of me. I test drove a few cars and really tied them up for quite long time but they didn't seem to mind at the slightest. They wanted me to find the right car for my budget. I typically dread walking into a car dealership, but not today. I found the vehicle I wanted online and worked with Robin to arrange a time for me to swing by, Mark handled all the paperwork while Mike took me out in a few cars to get a feel for what I wanted. I left Colorado Springs Dodge a proud owner of a 2005 Ram. Thanks again guys! More

We were quoted a price for the car we wanted over the phone and told a completely different, much higher price in person. We were told the price could be lowered, but the dealer claimed he made a mistak phone and told a completely different, much higher price in person. We were told the price could be lowered, but the dealer claimed he made a mistake on the numbers he gave us and the price still was not lowered to that given us over the phone. Although I am the one purchasing the car, the dealer contacted my boyfriend instead. The sale of the car from the previous owner was not complete at the time we purchased it, so the car is not yet officially ours and has not been delivered to us. This information was not immediately told to us. More
