Called Thursday 10/23/25 Spoke with Nolan . From the get go this guy bombed me with text. The next morning Friday 8 am did same . Told him same as Thursday that I’d be in around noon after taki From the get go this guy bombed me with text. The next morning Friday 8 am did same . Told him same as Thursday that I’d be in around noon after taking roomie to dr. We left there at 11:20 I texted on way. So he’d have truck ready for test drive etc . As I’m driving I get a confirm appt on cell. I couldn’t respond I was driving. We arrive 11:40 am . 20 minutes before I promised . I go in ask for him and he says be right with you. So noticing he had a tude cause I didn’t confirm appt in that 15 minute window , he acted busy . So being there and color of truck I didn’t see it on whole lot . But knew where overflow lot was . So I drove there and walked the whole lot and found it . And finally he showed up then with a tude . Little smartass needs better tude and remember who customer is . And as bad as they need business and overloaded with everything under sun and record recalls in fords lineup . I’d be on best behavior if I was him . Ford doesn’t need ur help to bury themselves . Nice sale there genius ! Also that truck sitting on lot over 4 months. It was sold to me before I even showed up but genius ruined it . WTG More
