Service is great, we have had no issue with what service we received, The service AI scheduling is incompetent and is making us want to go to another dealer. We have setup pickup and delivery every time an we received, The service AI scheduling is incompetent and is making us want to go to another dealer. We have setup pickup and delivery every time and if it not scheduled with a live person, they never pickup the vehicle. This is not a one time happening, I go every month for an oil change due to the excessive miles I put on my vehicle, and as of today this is the 5th time that they did not pick up the vehicle and since Daniel left the service manager position we get passed around and no one helps us. I have had it with scheduling, I do not have the time to be chasing others to do their job, I have my own crew of guys I have to monitor. More

Hector dropped the Boll on the Service of my F150. My vehicle was sent to the back without an order and sat back there for almost 2 1/2 hours. Moses did an exceptional job finding my vehicle and getting the job done. He deserves all the credit.
