Service Advisor Paul was very accommodating during the repair of my vehicle. My only issue was on pick up and drive away the engine light came on. I returned to the dealer and Paul was on it with his sc repair of my vehicle. My only issue was on pick up and drive away the engine light came on. I returned to the dealer and Paul was on it with his scanner and discovered an air flow sensor plug was not plugged into the air intake. Paul plugged it in and the engine light was corrected. He is very knowledgeable and knew what to look for. The lack of this being left unplugged by the technician does make me question the overall workmanship however the vehicle is running well now. Also, the condition of the driver’s side was left quite dirty on the carpet and mat along with greasy finger marks on the door handle. Theses things should be cleaned better before final delivery to a customer. I highly recommend Paul as a Service Advisor as he did everything to accommodate me to make sure the repair was to my satisfaction. Thanks Paul. More
We recently had to have an extensive amount of work completed on our f150. Not only was the list of problems we found, but they took our request for a thorough inspection seriously and found a few mor completed on our f150. Not only was the list of problems we found, but they took our request for a thorough inspection seriously and found a few more things that needed to be addressed. Communication was excellent and they were completely honest with the seriousness of each issue and how quickly it needed to be addressed. We made a 11a appointment to get the battery replaced and arrived at 1045a. They said it would take an hour and a half to two hours to get it replaced. It took 2 hours to drop a battery in.
