As a new customer of AutoNation Bradenton, I was extremely impressed when I had an issue with my tire. I felt very comfortable and when my car was finished and Eric was checking me out he was very thorough explaining everything and brought my car around to me so I didn’t have to go find it in the lot. Not too sure about the Sales side of the dealership but the service side would definitely be a negative rating. From the dirty jokes that you could hear from the waiting area to the treatment they give yo the service side would definitely be a negative rating. Had my car serviced and as part of service replaced two air filters, along with oil change and tire rotation. I've been going there for several years and have been pleased with their service and attention air filters, along with oil change and tire rotation. I've been going there for several years and have been pleased with their service and attention to customer needs. While I was bringing my car home, the check engine light came on. I returned to the dealership and they turned it off. Sadly it came back on before I reached home.. I am driving it to determine if it "will simply go off", as directed by service person. I am disappointed the car had no problem before servicing , but they did say it might have something to do with a recent gas purchase. I called and left two messages with the dealership but did not receive a followup call from the dealership. I dont know what to do except keep driving it. I'm glad I have towing insuraance thru AAA. For a long time customer , this is disappointing in the extreme. More
I made my appt with someone who was not there, so I'm not sure how that happens, but they were able to get me in with another service advisor right away and I was well taken care of in a timely manner.
