Highly over priced for services I received. Stated they did a “tuneup” but in actuality all they did was change spark plugs. Paid $ 787 for 8 spark plugs and labor to install them. On line rate is approximately 160 for parts and 100 per hr labor. So no where near the cost of this repair. Sorry no more Auto Nation Ford services for me. More

A scheduled express oil change and tire rotation took almost 2 hours to complete. If I could give a 0 I would. I took my car because it was not starting. The abs light was on. Once they checked it they told me the abs away needed to be replaced. I accepted, I needed my car to be fixed. I had to wait for almost a month because they didn’t have the part. During the process they lost my car keys and then they found them. Once the car was ready they gave me a discount so instead of $2500 I was gonna pay around $2020 (of course I was happy, but there is a catch!) They offer to deliver my car. I’m a stay at home mom of 3 and couldn’t go to pick it up when they told me. My husband was traveling for work. I paid over the phone and I hey sent the car but guess what??!! the driver left it at another location, at another’s neighbor driveway. He came to my home to tell me the car was not starting and that I needed to accept my keys because he was just a driver. That I needed to figure out with the dealer on how to proceed and he couldn’t help. I had to jump the car with the help of the neighbors who had the cables, and had to bring it home because they left it. Basically the car came with the same issue it had before the part was change. The same!! They didn’t fix it. After calling them to ask them to come get their part and refund me they told me they couldn’t do that and they would send a technician to change the battery because according to them the battery needed to be replaced but no one told me. So basically they fixed the problem by coming here and changing the battery. It took around 15 minutes to fix the problem by changing the battery. And that is not all! After driving my car the next day the breaks were not working properly so they also damaged my breaks. Now I have to take my car to another place to see what’s going on with it because I don’t trust this place. They scammed me! Be aware of this place if you need a service. They will lie to you to get your money, and your car will be worse than before. I can’t believe how they can do this to people!! Don’t take your car to Autonation Ford in Bradenton. More
