I only go to dealership for service of vehicles. Service Advisor 5498 Andrew Bilan is the only one that I will work with when I take my cars in for service which is several times a year. I have gone to Sarasota Ford but end up back at Bradenton Auto Nation to work with Andrew Bilan for all services done on my car. I just spent $2,312.00 on car service but no complaints as I know Andrew will not tell me something I didn't really need on 2017 Ford 150 truck. More

We had a wonderful experience with Bradenton Ford regarding a recall on our 2018 Escape. Never again! Worst place ever! I will never set foot on that property again. I’ve been using this place for the service of my company’s Fleet for several years. T Worst place ever! I will never set foot on that property again. I’ve been using this place for the service of my company’s Fleet for several years. They had my van there for service during the hurricane, and didn’t secure my vehicle or call me to pick it up until after the hurricane, I found out that only my vehicle was damaged badly from their roof shingles falling on my van, which scratched the entire vehicle like someone rubbed sand paper over the entire van! Thursday GM level refused to repair the damages and told me to come get my vehicles off his property,, this is lot damage! They admitted to my insurance agent that it happened on their lot. What kind of customer service is that! They are rude and don’t care about your property! The manager told me if someone was speeding through their lot and hit my car, while in their possession, they are not responsible! What kind of bull crap is that? The only person that I can thank is Moses for trying to make this right, but failed to the higher up’s! Beware of Autonation of Sarasota they are the worse dealership I’ve ever encountered! Never again can I trust this place with my vehicles! More
