Saleperson was rude, arrogant and intentionally tried to belittle me when I expressed that I was no longer interested in a $116K vehicle with a $25K market adjustment. If management would like to review my belittle me when I expressed that I was no longer interested in a $116K vehicle with a $25K market adjustment. If management would like to review my conversation with their representative, I'd be happy to forward you the conversation. If this is how you treat a buyer interested in a $116K vehicle, I cant imagine how id be spoken to after you had my money. More

If buying a car could win an award for “Best Experience of My Life,” Christian at AutoNation Ford Bradenton would be taking home the trophy. I’ve purchased plenty of vehicles over the years, but nothing—ab of My Life,” Christian at AutoNation Ford Bradenton would be taking home the trophy. I’ve purchased plenty of vehicles over the years, but nothing—absolutely nothing—has compared to the level of excellence Christian brought to the table. From the moment I arrived, he treated me like I was his only customer. The man had my 2025 Ford Bronco pulled up front, spotless, and gleaming like it was ready for a magazine cover. Most dealerships make you wander around looking for someone who might help you. Not here. Christian was dialed in from the start. What stood out most was his mix of professionalism and genuine warmth. He knows his stuff—deeply—and explains everything with clarity, confidence, and the kind of excitement that makes you excited. He didn’t rush a single moment. He didn’t push upgrades or play the typical dealership games. He simply guided me through the process with honesty, patience, and top-tier customer care. The test drive? He made it fun. The pricing conversation? Transparent and pressure-free. The paperwork? Fast and smooth. Honestly, the whole process felt less like buying a car and more like being personally escorted through a luxury experience tailor-made for me. Christian made sure every detail was covered—from walking me through features I didn’t even know existed, to making sure I understood warranty options, to celebrating the moment I officially became the owner of my Bronco. He even followed up to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. Who does that anymore? Christian does. Here’s what impressed me most: he made the entire experience human. I never felt like a number. I never felt rushed. I never felt like I was being “sold to.” Instead, I felt respected, valued, and genuinely cared for. That’s rare today. AutoNation Ford Bradenton is lucky to have him. He represents the brand at the highest level. And if the company wants a model for how to win lifelong customers, they need to put Christian at the center of that training. He’s that good. If you're even thinking about purchasing or selling a vehicle, do yourself a favor—ask for Christian. Don’t gamble your time with anyone else. He will exceed your expectations, earn your trust, and make you wonder why every dealership on earth doesn’t operate with this standard of excellence. Five stars isn’t enough. Christian deserves an entire constellation. —Vince Miller More
